Great location within walking distance to everywhere in the city centre and the George. Huge comfortable quiet room with a balcony and a really nice restaurant. Lovely staff.

The bed was quite firm, that's probably my only criticism.

First off, the staff at the reception desk were fantastic - so welcoming, knowledgeable and accomodating. The location is perfect, walking distance to the town centre, City Park & Cararact Gorge. And the breakfast was delicious.
