It was very clean and welcoming

Our room had no refrigerator or even a trash can. There was a small trash can only in the bathroom

Md Hossain was so friendly and made our drive to airport enjoyable. I would say he was the best driver I’ve had in a quite awhile.

This is a top notch hotel with amazing staff members especially Mrs. Mahin she’s gone above and beyond to help with all my requests. I would definitely say she’s an asset to this property.

I arrived off of the earliest flight and planned on working on my computer in the hotel lobby u till check in. I actually didn’t expect no wait at all. Mahin checked me in seamlessly and found a room available so that I could relax. I appreciate her great customer service.

Vicky was a pleasure to deal with and provide excellent customer service. The beds on the other hand were absolutely awful. The one bed was broken on one side, so it did not lay even and the other bed in the room sunk to the bottom as soon as you sat on it. It was a terrible nights sleep.

The room was fine. Spacious and clean. However, I wish I'd met Vicky. Instead I had a lacklustre welcome from a different employee with only a drip more enthusiasm when recognising my gold status. Booked a day use room due to flight problems but need to leave at 4pm which felt quite early. Surprisingly no ability to extend checkout time. The guys operating the shuttles are wonderful. Polite, courteous and very helpful. The shuttle operates every 30 mins on the hour and half past and will take you within a three mile radius.

Needed a room last minute, very late at night, in between flights. Vicky, at the front desk went above and beyond to help and make sure everything was taken care of for my daughter. Definitely recommend staying here!
