"Exceptional"

The manager went out of her way to make sure we had a room that was on the first floor and easily accessible. She even called another guest to switch rooms for us.

"Best place in the Catskills"

The Fairlawn is now our place to stay. The owner was not only 100% involved with her clients, but possibly the nicest person I have ever met in the Catskills. I have been visiting the area for 50+ years and I truly wish I met her years ago. She is simply wonderful. Thank you for taking such good care of us!

What a beautiful Inn! Our experience was absolutely lovely, our host, Sandy, went out of her way to offer us a Vegan breakfast option. I would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous Victorian mansion with charming rooms and decor. Sandy, the owner, treated us like family--extremely friendly and helpful. If I could give this a higher grade than excellent, I would.

- Lovely and cozy inn. Every room was very clean. - Incredibly sweet and welcoming host --felt like I was staying with family. She cooked us an amazing breakfast each morning and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. - Great location -- Walking distance to ski resort and nearby restaurants.

"Best place to stay in Hunter Mountain"

It was amazing! sandy made us feel at home as soon as we reached! She took care of everything and was always trying to make sure any additional requests or queries were addressed in the best possible way. I would suggest everyone to stay here it feels just like home and it was the best experience ever! We already miss the warm and homely stay sandy ensured and we are definitely coming back here again! The hotel has the most beautiful architecture and ambience with beautiful historic relic and pieces - it was breathtakingly beautiful! ♥️

Funky and fun old house. Glad to return. Sandy (owner/host) was very friendly and helpful. Excellent hot breakfast and 24/7 coffee/tea.
