Hôtel très agréable et confortable. Petit déjeuner un peu cher mais très complet et très copieux.

La climatisation en panne avec des températures caniculaires ! À quoi sert une climatisation si elle ne marche pas quand il fait chaud !!! Et comment peut-on ne pas avoir de solution de dépannage dans un hôtel de cette catégorie ? C'est juste impensable. Et pas d'excuses en partant à la réception, pas de dédommagement proposé. Rien. Juste une jeune femme qui vous demande "votre séjour s'est bien passé ?" On rêve !

Tesla superchargers brought us here but the hotel is newly refurbished, clean and comfortable. Nice bedding and pillows, comfy bed for a change. Yea and coffee making too.

It’s a bit out on the edge of Chartres and the restaurant wasn’t open when we stayed 3 wks ago so we didn’t chance it on our way back and brought food with us. There are t any restaurants close to the hotel that we could see. It’s on a new tidy commerce/industrial estate.
