Victoria Chau Doc Hotel

Bon emplacement, à côté du fleuve Mékong. Hôtel style colonial très sympathique. Personnels accueillants et très sociables surtout le directeur Mr Tuan. Pour le Mékong Chau Doc, c'est l'endroit idéal.

L'emplacement est très joli au bord du fleuve, le personnel aux petits soins et aidant pour tout. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le prêt de vélo ainsi que les repas du restaurant. Enfin, le petit déjeuner était copieux et varié.

Ce n'est pas de la responsabilité de l'hôtel mais il y avait des travaux de construction parfois très bruyants en face de l'hôtel qui nous ont parfois reveillé à 6 heures du matin et ne nous ont pas donnés envie d'aller nous reposer au bord de la piscine. Dommage....

Ein Haus mit Eleganz und Charme. Die Zimmer zum Fluss sind einmalig. Der Manager und die Mitarbeiter der sind sehr freundlich.

Amazing outlook over the Hau River. Convenient for the high speed ferry from phnom pehn.

La posizione, con affaccio diretto sul Mekong, rende questo Hotel unico. Lo stile coloniale e l"arredo delle camere ti riportano indietro nel tempo. Un bellissimo soggiorno!

Le cene da migliorare, sia come qualità del cibo, sia come servizio (trppo frettoloso).

We loved the colonial style using authentic materials and furniture throughout the establishment and the view from our bedroom over the fiver was gorgeous. We also remarked on the friendship of all staff members we dealt with. The restaurant was excellent with a very pretty terrace area with a fabulous view. The pool area was very pleasant to sit in and read a book, with areas always in the shade, and comfortable furniture to sit on.

Our shower door leaked and the black stone in the bathroom needed maintenance. The pillows were tired and needed changing. There was too much wind in the lobby as doors on both sides were permanently open which I found unpleasant.
