Muy buena la atención del personal, habitación acogedora, en general las instalaciones muy bien mantenidas y muy buena ubicación en Calama. Lo recomiendo.

Lo elegí por la proximidad al aeropuerto. Destacar la atención de las señoras que atienden en el desayuno, buen servicio.

Tiene algunas zonas deterioradas o con falta de mantenimiento, también en la habitación que nos asignaron inicialmente, con el cielo descascarado y muebles algo viejos. Tuvimos un inconveniente con la luminaria, pero solucionaron rápidamente trasladándonos de habitación. Esto se podría evitar revisando que todo este operativo antes de asignar las habitaciones, aunque se agradece la rápida gestión y amabilidad del personal.
