"Very Good"

I didn't receive my $200 deposit back. I left the room fairly clean. I don't think I'll stay at that hotel again. There was also a condom floating in the pool

"It was a horrible experience"

That was the hardest most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever laid on…. Me and my wife have back pains from sleeping on that bed

"Not all Best Western are the same…won’t be back."

Comfortable bed and nice hot shower in a good location and appreciated early check in. Check in person was very nice. I chose this hotel because I’ve stayed at other BW.

Breakfast was terrible - ran out of food early not replaced and wasn’t fresh. Staff not attentive to breakfast area or approachable. Also, could have been cleaner - very dusty and not vacuumed in main lobby, hallway and elevator area.
