Beachfront Resort

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront resort in Port Clinton! From the moment I booked, the staff impressed me with their courteous service — they even called ahead to personally provide check-in details, which made the arrival process smooth and stress-free. The resort is right on the beach, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained the beach area was. Access to the beach couldn’t have been easier — just steps away from my room, making it perfect for a morning stroll or an evening by the water. Our room was beautifully decorated with a fresh, modern touch, and the view of Lake Erie was absolutely stunning. Waking up to the lake view this morning was a highlight of the trip. Another big plus was the location. The resort is within walking distance to several local bars and night spots, so I was able to enjoy the nightlife without worrying about driving. Overall, this resort offered a relaxing and convenient getaway with thoughtful service, beautiful views, and a prime location. I’d definitely return!

The Hotel contacted me saying there would be a wedding on site. I'm familiar with that so no big deal. What was a big deal was the loud speaker blaring music and people yelling at the fire pit outside my room from 2:30-4:30 am. They woke up the whole family. So I called the hotel but nobody was working. In the morning they said I was supposed to call the Commodore their sister hotel. That would have been nice to know beforehand. I asked for a late checkout since we couldn't sleep, they gave us till noon.

There were only a few of us staying and a lot of rooms empty but people were put in a room upstairs from us so we could hear them all night long also my sister left her pillow so we called and asked if it could be mailed if we payed for the shipping but was told she would get charged an additional 15.00 for them to take it to get shipped. Where is the hospitality? 15.00 to take it to the post office the boxes are free. We were very dissappointed in that. Also they didnt have any ice.

Great place to stay

Stayed one night for the Port Clinton New Year's Eve Walleye Drop. Walkable to all the festivities downtown Port Clinton. Clean room. Would be great in the summer right on the lake.
