What a beautiful quirky property with lots of history . The inn was in the ideal location with a short walk to the main shops , restaurants etc. The decor was amazing and was like stepping back in time with antiques all over the house . The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful. The grounds of the property also were outstanding . The staff were very friendly and helpful

Great location and interesting building in quirky historic town! The room was characterful. Nice quiet room off the courtyard.

The heating was not working in the bedroom or bathroom but there was a plug-in heater which worked well. The extremely loud lady doing breakfast was more preoccupied with chatting to any guests than providing breakfast, the offering of which was disappointing.

The Shaw House Inn met all our needs and expectations. The staff, the food, the charm, and the location to town was all perfect.

We loved the Apple Duch Baby at breakfast

The beds were much too soft The water flux in the shower was too weak The design was over-kitchy

It was very nice. The room was great and the breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay here again.
