This B&B met my expectations, no complaints

Having the bath tub at the end of the bed! If we had known this we would have paid for a better planned room or gone elsewhere. If booking through the internet we have learned that with these historic houses you need to phone too to discuss exactly what you get. No room is similar as there are no modern standards to apply.

The home was stunning and so easy to find. Shannon and Tom were amazing and all of the little extras like Chili on a cold Saturday afternoon was so unexpected. Overall was such a beautiful and comfortable place to stay.

The orange french toast and yogurt parfait for breakfast were fantastic. The rooms were really nice and the staff was very attentive. Ferndale is like walking onto a hallmark movie set. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a weekend getaway.

Breakfast was wonderful and varied each day. Staff was amazing and friendly! We used the bed and breakfast as a jumping off point to go to different areas for hiking through the beautiful Redwood National and State Parks.

New ownership - so they are making quite a few improvements. Not necessarily a bad thing, just actively working on the property.

A little gem in rural CA. Magnificent property converted into quaint B&B has in room clawfoot bath tub. Spectacualr breakfast featuring produce from local farms.
