JAZ Mirabel Resort – All Inclusive

Be happy is wide water crystal clear but very shallow. The jump is under maintenance you shall go to Steigenberger if you want to swim. Pools are good spa is wonderful entertainment is average

The Hotel (Jaz Club) is for relaxation, it was very good and clean , family room was good comfort and clean, foods was good and tasty, small Aqua park , beach is good for relaxation but not for swimming, staff were helpful, Mr.Omar at reception, Mr.Mohamed Beach restaurant Manager , Oasis restaurant staff at Pool not friendly, New staff not well trained.

Not so great experience ! Room flooded with faulty valve at the bathroom, my Ipad defected , my items soaked, but thanks to my work as they agreed to replace my work IPad, the hotel didn’t compensate the damage , but agreed to dry and wash my destroyed cloth for free, and otherwise the service at cantering was great, clean rooms, awesome beaches, lot of fun, food was okay , choices were average, only thing i am not happy bout it my work iPad, cost 980 euro , hotel didn't even offer an compensation. I recommend to visit it but don't expect to find any EU standard on liability if faults or mistakes happened .

There were 5 of us on a ladies holiday from the UK and Nigeria. Our stay was very comfortable and truly lovely. Beautiful resort. The staff, practically all of them were amazing. We had a few glitches with the heating in a couple of our rooms and a jammed door, all attended to speedily. The 5 of us were upgraded with our rooms on check in. The food options for all the meals were very very good. We all ate too much!! The main selling point for me is how every member of staff go out of their way to ensure that one is comfortable. we had a fantastic time! We will definitely return. I rate this resort as a 5/5

The property is well kept, clean, staff is super friendly. The room was a bit worn out, but my wife and I enjoyed it a lot. It was clean and big. I read some bad recent reviews about this hotel, but totally disagree with them. Staff is very friendly, food is great. Facilities are great too. The beach is ok, as it is very shallow and the peers was closed. I think the hotel deserves its five stars.

Very very rude management, staff very friendly Welcoming very nice and friendly, once you paid the rate and checks out , they will make you walk 1.4 km until front gate. Cuz they Not allowing taxi or private car to collect you from front of the hotel , they want to force you to use thier own expensive Over rate transport . I have to walk me and small child 2 years old at 43 c. with my wife and mother to main road cuz they stops the taxi entering the resort. I accuse only the management. NOT THE STAFF the staff very poorly obey thier managers Managets are distributed and toxic environments The whole experience were great Food are fantastic All inclusive The catering staff and kitchen are very polite Managers are rude .disconnect from reality

If you are on a budget this hotel might be for you.
