Staff were trying to solve the issue. They were helpless

The photos provided for the room and the actual were completely different. For the interior i have received, i will not be paying that amount. The room I received looks very old and not comforting

Nice and big building in front of the train station. 8 floors with a pool and restaurant with the view. Huge room and a tube in the bathroom 😀

Buffet breakfast need a little more fruit and yogurt if possible. Chicken soup and curry straight in the morning was to intense for me :-)
