Good ambience and response from your side and its the center for tourist visiting places,mostly I like the cleanliness of your hotel and I requesting you to change the menu of complementary breakfast .

"Excellent service with a frustrating ending"

Hotel Presidency Ernakulam was comfortable and overall the service was excellent. My only disappointment was the checkout process. My flight left at midnight so I gave plenty of notice about needing to settle my bill that evening.. it took way too long to make sure my invoice was correct, and then to find a payments machine that would accept an international credit card.
