Ambience, cleanliness. Courteous staff . I had booked a standard room but they gave us deluxe rooms. They have a decent swimming pool on the roof top.

The Gym was not in good shape with the treadmill broken and no staff to attend to you there. The swimming pool timing began at 11am. The room could have a refrigerator.
