Booked a room with two doubles got a room with one double bed. Place was clean,staff was nice the place was clean but the balcony was not level tilted down at the rail. They said the room we booked needed ceiling repair and offered to refund $20 for the inconvenience. Waiting to see if they do refund.

They could not find our reservation, which was made through Booking.com. The girl at the front desk seemed overwhelmed at the most basic questions. There was an unusual musty odor in our room which did not dissipate even with A/C running and windows and door open.

Bathroom was very small. Mold around shower door. Room was dusty, and carpet needs a deep clean. Bedspread was stained. Not handicap accessible for anyone.

I stayed here because I got a great price at the last minute. When I arrived, the staff weren’t aware of my reservation and had to call their manager who did immediately tell them I should be on their list. My room was on the second floor…no elevators and I had difficulty opening the door and had to go back downstairs to reception get someone up to unlock my door which he very graciously did. The room immediately smelled of cigarette smoke. The attendant explained that smoke comes into the rooms because people smoke on the balcony outside…but this was more than that…someone or some people definitely smoked in that room. The attendant turned on the ac and sprayed the room…he tried but to no avail. The bed was the best part though…comfy but pillows were a little hard. Bathrooms looked like an original from the 60’s but it was clean and the water pressure in the shower was good. All in all, I wouldn’t stay here again because of the cigarette smell. but staff were friendly and really did try to be accommodating

We only booked for one night. The room was very clean and tge two people working were very nice and welcoming

We found it quite different from its online profile. The check in process took awhile, as the man at the front desk, who was polite and tried to be helpful, could not speak English well. He and a co-worker ended up calling the manager who straightened it all out. We had reserved 3 rooms (on Expedia) for 3 couples. In one of our rooms, the hot water side of sink faucet was not working. A staff member came and turned it back on and said to just let it run all night, which seemed crazy. The water never did get hot. The motel is greatly outdated and truly needs some attention. The important things seemed clean enough…sheets, towels, etc. The surrounding area was basically quiet. But sadly, we would never stay here again.
