Nous sommes venus pour la deuxième fois et tout était très bien. Le Spa est presque parfait. Manquait la glace ou la douche glacée en sortant du sauna mais il y avait le bain glacé japonais. la décoration moderne/ancien est une réussite.

Il y avait des groupes et nous n'avons pas pu aller au restaurant et nous sommes contenté de la cafétéria. Les plats étaient corrects malgré un choix restreint

Locatie, heel vriendelijk, lekker ontbijt.heel propere kamers en zalig groot bed..massage uitstekend

Bistrot lekker en migelijkheid om buiten te eten.Restaurant daarentegen minder lekker, eten niet altijd warm en geen mogelijkheid om buiten te eten en geen cimfortabele stoelen.

We stayed at this hotel expecting a relaxing experience, but unfortunately it turned into a serious and distressing incident. During a facial treatment at the hotel spa, a substance was poured directly into my eye, causing immediate burning and severe pain. I had to seek medical attention at a hospital, where I was diagnosed with damage to both corneas. This is a significant safety failure that should never happen in a hotel spa. What made the situation even more concerning was the way it was handled. While the staff were polite on the surface, there was no real sense of responsibility or proper support throughout the incident. The response felt minimal and not aligned with the seriousness of what occurred. We are aware that the hotel may point to gestures such as waiving the cost of the treatment or offering small courtesies. However, when a guest suffers a medical injury, these are not meaningful solutions but basic expectations. What was missing was genuine accountability and an appropriate response to the situation. Our stay was effectively impacted by this event, and we did not feel that the hotel made a sufficient effort to address the consequences in a way that reflects a high standard of hospitality. Guests should be aware that in the event of a problem, the level of response may not meet expectations. Safety and proper handling of incidents are essential, and unfortunately, this experience fell short. We cannot recommend the hotel, and this experience significantly affected our overall impression of the hotel.
