SpringHill Suites Dulles Airport

Great room. Bed super comfy. Clean, clean, clean. Lisa at front desk was exceptionally accommodating. With a midnight flight arrival into Dulles, catching a hotel shuttle at that late hour can sometimes be difficult for these hotels. But Lisa made sure that I had a safe ride from the airport. She was extra communicative and very helpful. Nice to experience good customer service.

Very nice. Very clean. Front desk pleasant and efficient. I am hard of hearing so I wish they would hire people whose English is easy to understand. Very pleasant appearance. Location is fairly convenient to the airport. Breakfast room looks very nice. Breakfast was typical, nothing special.

Breakfast was good, beds were comfy. There were not really any places in walking distance for coffee or food. It was right of a main road, but had good windows, you couldn't really hear road noise.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was surprisingly tasty, bed was comfortable. In general it met and exceeded expectations.

Really it was all good.

Comfy beds, very clean, nice little pool. Breakfast was substantial and went until 10. I liked the configuration of the rooms. Very conveniently located when heading to the airport. They were very accommodating with a later checkout for us as we were flying in the evening. Shout out to Ulises at the front desk who did his very stressful ( at times) job with a smile. And also to Betty who was so much fun to talk to while riding to the airport.

I think a bathtub had overflowed in the room above us and at midnight we had to grab our stuff and run because water started to leak from the ceiling. Ulises was awesome and got us in a new room immediately and helped us get back up there to gather things we had forgotten. Other than that little glitch, everything was great. Also, the pull out couch is not very comfortable.

I love the spacious rooms with a separate sitting area and kitchenette counter. The suite was extremely clean. The front staff was friendly. The WiFi signal was consistent and strong.

Although the property was very close to the airport, it was located away from walkable restaurants and grocery stores. The morning breakfast was average and had no fresh fruit.

Clean basic hotel convenient for the airport

The room here was bigger than the room we had at their Herndon location. The oatmeal bar had good toppings and the soufflé minis were nice. No real view but it was close to the airport which made returning a rental car on the way to Dulles easy. If you wait to pay on site they can give you points for your stay. Being a “bon voy” member can get you access to the WiFi.

Very satisfied . Good location. Reliable shuttle . Good breakfast . Beds are comfortable Rooms are spacious .
