Great hotel. The food both in quality and choice are great. The hotel staff are so friendly and efficient. A special mention for David who makes the challenges and the line dancing great fun. He’s a one off who brings energy and fun to the activities.

Fantastic hotel .. spotless , food amazing , staff very helpful and friendly, location is perfect especially the sea view rooms !! Situated on the front of poiente beach in Benidorm, loads of cafes , bars in both directions.

Corona Del Mar Benidorn is a wonderful 4 star hotel . The staff are amazing , the hotel is situated 5 minute walk from the beach in the Old Town . The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. The food is lovely with a great variety of choice . The entertainment is great and David, the entertainment manager does a wonderful job of making the evening so enjoyable for everyone . The bar staff are so polite and helpful . This has been our second visit to this hotel and we will be returning for another wonderful break .

This is one of the best hotels my husband and I have been to, everything from food to staff, very pleasant staff and very helpful helping us to let us know ways to get into Benidorm from the hotel, Isobel (housekeeping) was so nice and always looked after us and she was always smiling, this hotel is about a 20 min walk into Benidorm from the other side of old Benidorm there are buses also to take you in but being nice a warm we just walked, plenty shops to visit and the beaches are spectacular

We stayed at the Corona del Mar for 7 nights as a couple and overall I’d rate it 4.5 out of 5. The standout here is the staff. Every single person we dealt with was friendly, helpful and genuinely welcoming. You can have a nice hotel anywhere, but staff like this are what make you come back—and they really are a credit to the place. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only downside was the balcony view, which overlooked a street, car park and cemetery—not exactly holiday-perfect, but not a dealbreaker. One thing that did catch us out: the fridge had two bottles of water that were replaced daily, but we only discovered at checkout that these were chargeable. That should definitely be made clearer. The location is excellent if you prefer the quieter side of Benidorm. Right by the beach and ideal for the old town. If you want the livelier strip, it’s a bit of a walk—but for us, that was actually a plus. We stayed full board, and this is where I’d change things next time. The food was perfectly fine and the service in the restaurant was excellent, but after a week it did become repetitive. Also, if you enjoy desserts, they’re a bit underwhelming. Next time we’d go half board without hesitation. Entertainment is aimed more at an older crowd. I’m 59 and my partner is 52 and we felt quite young there, which says a lot! That said, the atmosphere was still enjoyable and the bar and entertainment staff were great. A couple of small frustrations—there was no clear signage for the pool, and although there was a notice saying the gym and indoor pool were closed for refurbishment, there was no indication of where they actually were. Overall, this is a clean, friendly hotel in a great location with genuinely outstanding staff. A few minor issues stop it being a full 5 stars, but we would definitely return—just not full board next time.

Lovely Hotel. Booked a sea view room it was well worth the extra money. The hotel is very clean. The rooms are large. If you drink the water that is left in the fridge you are charged per bottle. there are water stations on each floor that provide free cold water. The food was good. Something for everyone. Nice quiet location.

Fabulous hotel. Rooms are nice and clean. Cleaned daily with fresh towels. Staff are lovely and friendly. Breakfast was superb. Loads of choices. We've stayed in quite a few hotels in benidorm, but this is by far the best one yet for us. Location is fantastic along the old town. Had a sea view which was incredible waking up to that view evey morning. Will definitely return.

Great staff and really nice rooms. The breakfast was really good however evening meal was only average- pre book if you want it as costs €19 for residents who haven't booked- also no allergy information on any of the food. Bar staff excellent and spirit measures in the bar are generous but prices can be high. You had to scan room key to access/leave outdoor pool area. Definitely seems a health and safety issue that a key card is needed to leave the pool area. We weren't advised the Wellness centre - including gym and indoor pool closed until early April. No courtesy rooms for guests to use after checking out to take a shower, so not ideal if you have a late flight.
