It was a great location

The price was a lot higher than I was quoted in the app. The extra fees were not mentioned in the app and when I was checking in I told her that and they totally blew me off and said have a nice stay.

Absolutely nothing. Terrible destination!! Poor service in hotels and casinos. Worst experience of my life.

The staff, facility, lack of military appreciation and utter disrespect towards my family and I!! Oh and did o mention it was my son's eleventh birthday!! Thought that maybe we could see the mountains and walk the trails. But no!!! Over priced and couldn't even afford to get home because of the price inflation!!!

So clean

The shower had no water pressure. The toilet wouldn't flush. There was a dirty sock that didn't belong to us. Fir the price it was definitely not worth it

Location

Police standoff with suspect barricaded in room. While the situation wasn’t the fault of the hotel, the staff response was terrible All elevators were shut off so people who were on oxygen tanks and walkers were forced to climb stairwells to their cars in the upper floor parking garage. There were alternatives, as one staffer gave us the code to get to the service elevator. I can’t believe anybody didn’t die of a heart attack. They looked like they were seeing a bright light and it wasn’t police flashlights. No other staff members were directing ANYTHING. I know maybe they can’t prepare for something like this, but they could have come up with a plan over the HOURS this lasted. What did the hotel do for us as guests?
