Good people

We have stayed before this would have been our 4th year. We checked in around 7 and by 1030 we began seeing roaches on the wall and under the frig. We packed up went to offjce to ask for a refund was told by the man who checked us in if we would have said something 30 minutes prior he could have refunded. Offered another room and we said no way roaches in one room they would be in others. So we drove 30 minutes to another motel. Very upsetting to waste money. Will never stay again.

When we first walked into the office it smelled of weed and smoke. When we walked into the room, there was a large puddle of water just inside the door and dead roaches in the floor. We gave it a shot and laid down to go to sleep until we saw large roaches crawling up the wall. When we got up we started moving lamps stands and furniture and roaches ran out from everywhere. We had booked two rooms. We just grabbed our things and left. We might’ve been there an hour total. We drove another hour or so until we found a place to stay at 1am. We felt itchy and smelly after being there. I had checked reviews when booking so I was highly disappointed to see how wrong the reviews were. Hoping we can be refunded, but I highly doubt they will.

Location to the even we attended

The room had an "odor " before the AC was turned on. One small pillow per person. Shower head was broken so no water pressure. No coffee maker in room. Sink was clogged and started to fill as we brushed teeth and rinsed cups.

Room was good and the check in went smoothly. When my key card failed the clerks gladly made me new ones. Bathroom toilet paper holder was broken and needs to be replaced in room 223. All else was good.
