We had to change rooms while there also our keys didn't work on numerous occasions.

I was given a room that was already occupied, then a room the toilet was broken, and then a room the door wouldn't lock.

It smelled awful, the people at the front desk were rude. The rooms were disgusting, we booked this last room last minute since we didn’t have much options. The worst motel ever!

This was a halfway point for our motorcycle trip. The room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

My self, husband, son and dog were traveling through Rockingham Thursday night during Hurrican Helene. Our car overheated. We needed a place to stay that allowed dogs. I called the Loyalty Inn. The ladies working that night and next morning were amazing. They took really good care of us! The hotel is retro on the outside. They have done some updates to the rooms. The rooms were cleaner than a lot of hotels I've stayed in Myrtle Beach with 4- and 5-star reviews. I am very thankful to the staff that looked after us!

Need bug sweeps on the bottom of the doors A palmetto bug was in our room soon as we opened the door Wasn’t happy about that but there’s a big crack under the door
