"Very Good"

Location - walking distance to downtown Los Gatos.

Bar & restaurant closed. I may have been told about this but it didn't register as I arranged to meet friends at the bar. I last stayed here 40 years ago and it was a very lively place. Now it has the feel of shutting down.

"Excellent"

The hotel has a very nice property and great location. However the air condition was too noisy, and we couldn’t use it. Also the outlets next to the bed were not easily accessible.

The location is great. It was clean.

The biggest issue was the shower. It was the most uncomfortable shower I have ever seen. The shower head points towards the wall and is impossible to point down at yourself. And the shower is so small and narrow even a small person cannot feel comfortable. The second issue was a car alarm that went off at all hours of the day and night. One of the hotel customer's car kept going off and would not stop for several minutes

Hidden gym. My family loves it every time we stay here. Great location and not far from Santa Cruz. Too bad they’re closing. We’ll miss this hotel.

"We went to San Jose to see the Winchester Mystery House and stayed in Los Gatos. Very pleasant."

The location was prime. The beds were comfy. I love the trees.

The shower. What's up with the showerhead? Also, if you take our washcloths, at least replace them. And if there are three registered to the room, 3 washcloths and towels are appropriate. Right?

"Not fancy but priced right"

This place is a bit old and funky but so are we and we loved the gardens and quiet surroundings. It is reasonably priced and the hot breakfast was yummy. We will book again when we are in the area
