La stanza, il bagno eil letto erano grandi.

La posizione non così centrale rispetto alle principali attrazioni della città.

Localização excelente, otimo café da manhã e comodidades de um hotel de verdade. Tudo foi ótimo.

Se tivesse um estacionamento, mesmo que fosse "conveniado", aí seria perfeito.

Staff molto gentile. Ci hanno dato ottimi consigli sia su dove mangiare che su quale spettacolo vedere. All'unica chiamata dalla reception, la soluzione ci è stata trovata in un attimo. La posizione è centrale e buona, si è vicini sia alla cattedrale che alla piazza

We stayed at Hotel America for four nights and found the location to be excellent for exploring Seville with many attractions, restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Unfortunately our initial room had an overpowering sewage/drain smell. We reported this to reception and were moved to another room which resolved the issue. We also found the air conditioning could have been more effective, particularly given the warm weather. In both rooms the flooring appeared worn and damaged in places and would benefit from some maintenance. In addition, there was a persistent unusual smell in the reception area throughout our stay. Breakfast was adequate with a reasonable selection although the hot food was only ever lukewarm rather than properly hot on each morning we visited. Overall the hotel met our basic needs and the room change resolved the main issue, but there are several areas where the guest experience could be improved.
