Liked the access to the region. Indoor pool was closed which was disappointing. Very big mess up with check in that wasn’t handled very well at the time which was disappointing.

La sympathie du personnel, la propreté, la literie, la nourriture du restaurant

Quelle déception! Les infrastuctures ne sont clairement pas dignes d'un 4 étoiles! L'hôtel est vieillissant, les couleurs passées, les fenêtres/portes ferment pas/mal, on rentre comme dans un moulin, la piscine intérieure était fermée, l'eau de la piscine extérieure n'était pas assez chauffée, le petit déjeuner manquait de variétés, le restaurant est très bruyant (nous y étions en même temps que des groupes de golfeurs) on ne s'entendait pas, le mieux aurait été de les isoler dans une autre salle. Le rapport qualité/prix n'est par conséquent pas bon.

Bel hotel moderne bien situé au pied des remontées mécaniques. Chambre spacieuse. Literie très confortable. Excellent restaurant. Quelques détails à revoir (notre cafetière dans la chambre avait du cacao dans le réservoir et donc inutilisable, signalé à la réception de l'hotel qui s'est excusée). Je recommande l'hotel DELTA MARRIOTT du mont sainte Anne. Je reviendrai avec plaisir ATTENTION: l'hotel m'a facturé 2 fois la chambre et j'attends toujours le remboursement de la première facture 8 jours après notre passage.

Globalement très bel établissement pour moi. Il faudrait peut être repeindre La peinture du plafond de la douche qui souffre de l"humidité. Mais c'est un détail.
