Breakfast was better than anticipated and the breakfast attendant was attentive and friendly.

The front desk attendant was in the office on her personal phone. After a significant wait, I called out for her. She was short and annoyed. There were several of us waiting. Room was warm, AC did not work well. The room also needed some updates and had a few issues.
