Hotel Vértice Aljarafe

Escolhi cama de casal e não foi atribuída. A vista, se assim se pode chamar, do quarto foi terrível.. Traseiras com tubos de ar condicionado e tubos de exaustão dos restaurantes. Nem uma pequena atenção sobre estes aspectos... De resto, tudo ok.

Arrived yesterday after a long day on the road with nearly 70 Aussies to discover rooms that need an upgrade, no refrigerator in any rooms , no English TV channels & unhelpful front desk staff . Rooms look over air conditioning systems . Breakfast was uneventful . Do not recommend to stay here . Luckily we leave here tomorrow

Just arrived with 70 other Australians on a tour to discover that there are NO refrigerators in any rooms - what a joke .Far away from anywhere - suggest people stay elsewhere.hardly anything nearby .Room is dated & not very clean .is this supposed to be a hotel or a hostel !

Stayed at this hotel with my siblings for 4 nights. The hotel looked nice, and staff were friendly and helpful so no complaints there. The reception staff are able to communicate in English which was great because we couldn't speak or understand Spanish. The room was nice and comfortable, pillows were soft and it didn't feel too hot because there is AC. Hotel provides free Wi-Fi, which you annoyingly have to keep reconnecting to, but that wasn't too much of an issue. The main downside of our stay here was the dirty hotel room floors. There was hair all over the floor, not just singular hairs but clumps of hair which was extremely gross. The entire 5 days we stayed there, not once were the floors cleaned. Towels were also not changed regularly. We put a towel down on the floor as a bathmat and it was just picked up and placed back on the rack. Another downside was the outside of the hotel sometimes smelled really bad, maybe of sewage I wasn't sure what it was. The location isn't exactly ideal as it's 20 minutes away from the city centre if you took the bus. We called an Uber every night to get back to the hotel because the last bus is before 10pm. Overall, I wouldn't say this is a 4 star hotel, it's more 3 star. But it's decent and provides a comfortable and safe place to stay.

Camera ampia e comoda , colazione abbondante ma moquette macchiata ristorante molto caro . Serve un mezzo per spostarsi perchè un pò isolato

We were well pleased with the size of the room. Plenty of space and has small kitchen. The breakfast far exceeds continental breakfasts in American hotels. Definitely would go there again.
