Fabulous stay! CLEAN! VERY friendly owners who are on site and very attentive! Continental breakfast was a bonus! Bagels, cereal, oatmeal, fresh fruit, coffee and juice. I HIGHLY recommend staying here! We will definitely stay again anytime we are in Lancaster! Thank you for the GREAT stay!

"Good for an overnight stay before going to the production at Sight & Sound Theatre."

Checkin was easy. Our room, while very dated-looking, was clean and fine for a one-night stay. The breakfast had fresh bananas and apples, as well as some cereals, etc. Enough to get us started on our day. The location is convenient to go to Sight and Sound to see the production there! Sidewalks and traffic lights allowed us to walk to Panera and to other places.

The room decor is very dated. The area is near the once very nice Shoppes at Rockvale, but those outlets are mostly a thing of the past.

Centrally located, reasonably priced.

Some accommodations need an update: the mattress was uncomfortable. No coffee maker in the room, continental breakfast was a little lacking.

"Basic motel, but clean."

Was easy access to my room. Close to everything we were doing.

The place is over hyped and exaggerated in the pictures. Not as big as 1 would think from the pictures. Room phone didn't work, sink didn't drain, had problems with shower knobs getting stuck. The description was more lavish sounding than it was. Just a basic motel, but clean. And there was no nice view from the room, just the parking area. Had to go out and behind the building to see the Amish country side. Was easier to just take a drive and explore.
