Water, electricity, air conditioning, heating and wifi are included in the price. The apartments are cleaned before and after the stay. We would like to inform you that we do not clean the apartments during your stay, only at check-in and check-out, nor do we change sheets and towels daily. Towels and sheets are included in your apartment at the beginning of your stay. It is also included that clean towels will be left at the door of your apartment every 3 or 4 nights (depending on the length of the reservation) for stays of 5 nights or more, and clean sheets will also be left for you every 5 or 6 nights (depending on the duration of the reservation) for stays of 8 nights or more. Dirty clothes can be deposited at the door of your apartment and will be collected by the staff.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
