Property Notes

The reception is open from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00 in the winter months. The reception will be closed on weekends and public holidays. The pool will be open as well as the snack bar and pool bar. During March, the reception will be open from 09:00 to 22:00, and the swimming pool from 09:00 to 18:00. Staff at Clube Alvorférias can help organize activities such as diving, horse riding and fishing. For children, the mini-club is open from May to October. During this time, the reception is available from 08:00h to 00:00h For emergencies, guests can contact the number on the reception door. Please note that the restaurant and supermarket are unavailable between 1 November and 30 March. Please note that guests that require an invoice in nonrefundable reservations, must inform the VAT number, name and address at the time of the reservation using the Special Request box. If this information is not provided, the information cannot be added later.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
