"Overall a good experience."

Location was further away from City attractions than I thought. Taxi needed. The land / plot os fully decelloped. There is no outside space other tjan a roof terrace that is reswrved for private, celbratory dinners. There is little ' public' space. Reception is shared with 3 employees on computers. There are just 3 small sofas for guests. Dining room is tiny and not in keeping with the style of the rest of the hotel. Breakfast and room service starts at 8am. As I had an 8am pick up for a tour, I had to leave hungry! Not a very 4 star experience. Breakfast is described as a buffet extravaganza - reality was somewhat different. Many different dishes, but all hot dishes were luke warm or cold ! Staff are delightful in all areas. I had the peacock themed room which was beautiful. However , shower room was very small, necessitating a sliding door. Room service was excellent. The hotel is spotlessly clean. So, a mixed bag, but, on balance, a very enjoyable stay.
