Hotel Sarang Palace

Some of the staff members are extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. However, our experience at the end was really disappointing. One staff member(manager of day shift) (2feb, 2026) of average height created a scene in front of everyone without any clear reason. He was very rude and lacked basic customer-handling skills, which left us with a very bad impression and ruined an otherwise pleasant experience. If he has any concerns, he needs to talk with us instead of it, he makes scene and starts shouting on us, zero customer service sense. Tall guy is really good and very nice, he tried to control the situation but to be honest because of average height our whole trip gets spoiled.

Good hotel we booked hotel for family through agora hotel is good has good room service also good we join buffet breakfast that is also very testy and had good verity’s staff are friendly and cooperative helpful

Very good stay and rooms are very clear, rooms as well as the breakfast are really good, staff is polite and even on odd timings of checkin are supported

The website describes a luxury boutique hotel but it is nearer a tired B&B. The room is small, window doesn’t stay shut, bath has mouldy mastic and the ventilation system directs the traffic noise into the bathroom. Not sure why there are plastic flowers and lace taped to the shower wall- this area obviously doesn’t have a regular clean. Location far away from the main area and monuments. The photo shows the ‘city view’ from the window. Not recommended!

The price is high compared to the room size and the facilities. The additional services are very pricey , including the projectors have installed in the room. I paid 7500 approx per night just for a small room with a tub which could not be used because of additional service costs. The room was very small and not as per the pictures given .

It was good experience, safe and good for couple with good decoration and rooftop setup little costly

Very good experience. Staff is really nice. They were really helpful. The rooms are nice and cozy. Food is good. Easy access.
