It was a great stay and have a great food here and the staff was also very good and more over best for dinner and date night great stay

To start with the hotel and their staff were courteous. I am giving them 2 stars for other reasons. Let me begin by saying that the booking was well into the no refund/ no cancellation time of the booking and ethically the hotel was not wrong. While there was a huge aviation issue because of Indigo crisis in Dec 2025 my flights to and back from Jaipur was shakey. As I booked my hotel through my regular online portal and since I am a regular traveller they offered to check with the Hotel regarding the cancellation. They spoke to Mr Rajkumar who vehimently denied any possibility of cancellation even though they were fully booked out. As there was a genuine reason for my request to cancel it would only have been appropriate for the Hotel to consider such issues sesnsitively and with much consideration. 2 other hotels in the city took such requests positively and cancelled the bookings for some of our friends who arrived in Jaipur for a music festival. Morally I do not think the Hotel functioned well according to the situation. I hope they take such feedback well change their way of dealing with customers more carefully and sensitively.

Stay was nice. Central location of the city with all the monuments close by to the hotel. Hospitality was also nice with friendly staff

We book hotel sarang palace to see on web site and it came to be a good idea the rooms are very clean and has a decoration work ,the staff are also very helpful,the food here is also very delicious the overall stay was very comfortable here
