We booked the king whirlpool suite, which was very nice. One instance the water was running cold, but the hotel had reached peeked use. Later that day and the next day the water was fine.

The ADA shower is poorly engineered. Showering is difficult, especially if you have difficulty standing.

You are required to have a wrist band for 6 people to swim which was not explained until right before arrival time. Once upon arrival and being informed of the 6 wrist bands and not being allowed any more the staff quickly stated I can cancel your reservation? I stated no, because you will still charge me at which he was quick to come back and say he wouldn’t. I had more people coming to visit and canceling wasn’t an option. But for the staff to be so quick to cancel was pretty disheartening. The room cleanliness wasn’t to par as my children found a condom in the closet, a bottle of cologne and the lamp shade had some sort of stain or dirt. We have stayed here before and to say we were highly disappointed is an under statement. We won’t return to this location

The front desk employee caused a major inconvenience by not informing me that I left my license at check-in. I searched for a week before calling the hotel and learning they had it the entire time. There was no apology, and I had to drive from Rantoul, IL to Portage, IN to retrieve it.
