The entrance to wellness center is forbidden to minors (guests under 18 years). Guests will have free access to fitness and kinesis area. "Heerlijk verblijf in Valencia"

Mooie kamers, goede bedden en prima locatie. Verder een heel groot compliment voor de heer achter de receptie die alle moeite heeft gedaan om mijn bril die stuk was te laten repareren. Dit heeft mijn reisje naar Valencia gered! Dit was ‘beyond expectation’!

echtes 5-Sterne Niveau! Wenn man seine Wünsche artikuliert, werden sie perfekt umgesetzt. Durchgehend sehr höflich zuvorkommendes und fröhliches Personal. 24h Service mit Essen, Bar und Gym. Grosszügige schöne Zimmer und ein Hoteldirektor, der präsent ist und sich kümmert. wir kommen wieder :-)

"The only truly 5 star hotel in Valencia - excellent all the way"

Wonderful all the way. Excellent room (50 square meters), with a lovely balcony were we sat in the evening to enjoy the breeze. The bathroom was excellent, with a large walk in shower. Very good amenities. The bed was super comfortable and we just loved the space we had. Parking is also very easy, underneath at a reasoable fee. We regret not staying longer. The standards they offer in this hotel are consistent with what we have experienced from Westin in other hotels around the world. They care about their customers, everyone is super nice and properly trained to deliver a 5 star experience. The lady who manages the breakfast restaurant is a real leader, she constantly checks that everything is perfect. The breakfast was AMAZING: really worth it. The quality of the food, the way it is displayed. I am still dreaming of these wonderful chia pots. It was outstanding. We also had dinner there and while the menu' is not large, the food was consistently good. The wine list is also excellent - the local wines are incredibly good value and very good. We loved the garden area, a oasis of tranquillity. My husband and daugther were not well during their stay (they caught a virus, nothing serious): the staff went out of their way to support them. Thank you Westin for treating us like royalty, we greatly appreciate it.
