L'accueil de la personne de la réception et la proximité avec la gare

La literie: matelas inconfortable et trous dans les draps L’isolation de la chambre: j’ai entendu chaque détail des conversations de mes voisins et était réveillé par chaque entrée dans la chambre( j’ai été régulièrement réveillée jusque 2h30 du matin ) Vétuste de la chambre: peinture sale, pommeau de douche cassé, rebord de lit cassé, tartre sur le robinet…

localisation, c'est assez propre car rénové pas très longtemps, personnel gentil, pour dépanner une - deux nuits, c'est pas mal

isolation, on entends de tout chez les voisins .. on s'est bien réveillé a cause d'une famille vers minuits et impossible de dormir après.

bon emplacement au coeur du centre ville, le parking est pratique

on entend beaucoup ce qu'il se passe dans les chambres voisines (conversations, portes qui claquent) et dehors (sonnette du tram) et la clim ne fonctionnait pas donc il faisait très humide dans la chambre.
