Service décevant. J’ai demandé une réservation dans un restaurant, qui m’a été confirmée oralement. Malgré ma demande de confirmation écrite, celle-ci ne m’a jamais été envoyée — et au final, aucune réservation n’avait été effectuée. Propreté moyenne.

"Excellent Location & Experience"

Had a wonderful experience with my family, the location, rooms and staff were excellent and extremely helpful. It started with Andre' who greeted us when we arrived, throughout our stay his was on point, always making sure we had everything we needed. The front dest, forgot his name was excellent as well, even the bartender was 100% service. This team has been well trained. The only constructive feedback would be the gym and breakfast was a little light for me😊

O Hotel é muito velho , elevador pequeno , quarto antigo, meu quarto estava com o carpete pegajoso e o telefonema não funcionava, fiquei decepcionada
