Homewood Suites by Hilton Boise

The staff went above and beyond when the were able to hunt down my lift driver after i left my phone in his car. That was awesome! The pool and hot tub were super clean. The breakfast was way better than most places. The ice bucket was extra large! 👍👍

I stayed a night in Boise. The staff was very kind. The room was clean and the place was well 0maintained. Their main elevator was out. It was quite an inconvenance

Everything was great 👍 We got checked in very quickly and after being on the road for over 8 hours, all we wanted was to lay down and take a power nap. The room/suite was clean, temperature comfortable and felt welcoming. We will definitely be booking Homewood Suites by Hilton during our travels for an expected experience that lives up to the promise.

Had to walk a long ways to get to the room, there was no close parking to the door. Had to get luggage rack walk around fireplace through breezeway to outside door to get room 101. After returning to car to drive around closer to our room, the key would not open the door, walked to next entrance, could get in that door. From there my friend and I tried to get in our room (101) and neither of our keys would work. I walked back to front desk had to knock on the door for the odd desk clerk to come out. He told me he would have to charge the battery in the door and switch it out. But first had to check in two different customers while I waited!!!!!! He came with tools, reprogrammed our keys, changed battery. Sink water in bathroom did not drain properly! Carpet had frayed part of carpet covered with duct tape, no soap at kitchen sink or my friend’s room sink. Luggage rack has broken strap! Really bad experience!!! I signed up for one room two queens and got a much more expensive room with two queens a kitchen and a living room. Nothing that I requested!!

We had a room where the AC blew right over the bed and the return air vent was right by my head. We ended up turning it off because it was too cold and noisy. There was a fan above the bedroom that was nice.

Overall stay was excellent except that the place is a little old needed some upgrade other than that it was a good stay for night that we were there.

We always stay here while in Boise my family, service dogs and myself. They have the best breakfast and we love their pool. They’re always friendly there and the place is super clean.

We didn't eat breakfast because we were short on time but they had plenty of options. Big refrigerator, nicely stocked kitchenette with dishwasher.

Wish there was a small bottle of dish detergent so we didn't have to run the dishwasher.
