Schönes Gebäude, toller Park mit Skulpturen nahe Kettwig. Schöner Empfang durch den Kofferservice.Phantastisches Frühstück mit regionalen Produkten à la carte- sehr lecker.

Lustlos wirkendes Personal. Zimmer wurde nicht gemacht - Minibar nicht aufgefüllt. Menschen sollten ein 5 S zum besonderen Erlebnis machen. Wir hatten es leider nicht.

Not a lot that is wrong here. Beautiful location, good staff, large rooms with all amenities, great bed, good wifi. Large parking, no charging for electric cars on site. Great breakfast, partially made to order. Two restaurants on site, a bistro and a fine dining restaurant. Bistro was good, not exceptional, but maybe this was because we had a set menu. Fine dining, much better, but ridiculously expensive wines, as well as all other drinks at the bar. I still give it 5 stars but selling a bottle of $20 euro for nearly $100 is not ok.
