The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful in particular Matthew

My earrings got stolen, just really annoyed. There are no cameras on the floors, now I have to deal with this from out of town. They're looking into it. they were very helpful in changing my rooms, the highway traffic is extremely noisy and the air conditioning units in the two bedrooms are so loud we could not sleep so they moved us to the sixth floor so it was a little better. The carpeting was stained, the mattresses are really broken in the other issue is you could smell pot all over the hotel, which is gross and it's not OK because it says it's a non-smoking facility, but they obviously are not enforcing us

The propeety was old had a funny smell and not very clean. If it was not the holiday I would have force myself to stay
