The staff were very friendly. The hotel was well located with good parking.

No in house facilities such as bar or restaurant. You have to go next door. The bar next door had terrible disorganised service and poor food quality. We returned a complete meal and were still charged. Terrible smell when entering the hotel and strong use of detergents throughout the hotel. Uncomfortable pillows. Noisy air conditioning and so coupled with the poor bedding made for a poor nights sleep. Bearing in mind we had booked a suite in a 4 star hotel we expected more.

"Muy recomendable como lugar de descanso en Albacete"

La ubicación del hotel está genial, a unos pasos de la calle Ancha y frente al parque. Las instalaciones son modernas y están bien mantenidas. Habitación de buen tamaño con unas camas bastante cómodas, armario grande y buena iluminación. El aire acondicionado correcto. El baño también está muy completo. Aguas de cortesía. Muy buen aislamiento de la habitación que garantiza el descanso. El personal es agradable, con mención especial para la chica que atiende el desayuno. La limpieza bastante mejor que en otros hoteles del grupo. El desayuno muy completo y a un precio adecuado. Buena relación calidad-precio.

La media mampara de la ducha resta comodidad a la hora de usarla, porque te obliga a estar pendiente de no encharcar el suelo. Bastante sorprendente lo caliente que sale el agua, como te despistes un poco te quedas sin piel. La instalación del grifo del lavabo no está muy bien pensada. Queda en una esquina, sin que casi haya sitio para colocar las manos debajo y sale poca agua.
