Great B&B — clean, quiet, nicely furnished,and a very nice owner. Great night sleep in a super comfy bed. Wish I would have stayed here earlier.

What a truly incredible place, run by truly incredible people!

The room was very comfortable. Breakfast to order was fabulous. And Kelly's Steak and Seafood was walking distance for a wonderful dinner recommendation.

Just down the block from a great dinner a Duffy's Tavern

Innkeepers Bill and Cheryl Speakman do an AMAZING job. They are so warm, friendly, accommodating, and hospitable. Bill's breakfasts are simply delicious! The rooms are clean and comfortable, as is the B&B overall. There's also a nice wraparound porch and other outdoor seating areas. I can't rave about the place enough other than concern that, by doing so, too many people will want to stay there and they won't have any availability for my next stay. I can't wait for my next visit to State College in order to stay here again!

Lovely, peaceful, and accommodating. I would defiantly recommend this to anyone seeking charm and a little bit of history. I am so glad I went a little farther from where all the hotel chains are to be somewhere more unique.. .

Inn Keepers Bill & Cheryl Speakman were extremely nice and accommodating. The inn was very pleasant which made it easy to relax in.

Very gracious hosts, clean and comfy room. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is no counter space for your “stuff”. Our room could use a counter and mirror.
