Evening meal, the staff, electric bikes and pools. The stay was relaxing and comfortable, and the evening restaurant was exceptional. Staff friendly and professional.

Limited choice for breakfast and lunch. Too remote. No local taxis, you had a book a private company if you wanted to go outside the resort, you would need a car. Not near amenities, I.e. shops golf course restaurants, etc. There is no service to do trips to Florence, etc. It should be clear that you require a car. Spa snd gym very small, not really a spa. Maybe I should have researched locality better! Resort would be great if it wasn't so remote.

L 'établissement est un vrai havre de paix , un parc harmonieux , des chambres spacieuses , un service, spa , piscine de haut niveau et un personnel au petit soin. Le restaurant est un vrai délice

The property itself is absolutely beautiful. The pictures and the website do not come close to representing the reality so ignore them! The grounds are a dream, the smell of jasmine and honeysuckle is otherworldly. They’ve managed to make the experience casual but the service and the food are impeccable. Not sure what I was expecting but it wasn’t what I got, which was a truly wonderful stay and somewhere I hope to return next year. Divine!

If I had to be super fussy, the pool needs a little update but really the whole property is so utterly charming I’m willing to deal with it!

A comida, o lugar é espetacular, as estruturas todas muito capricho, muito cuidado. O hotel é pequeno, mas muito aconchegante, a comida é maravilhosa e muito bem preparada. Os funcionários também são muito simpáticos e pró-ativos, pegamos uma vila, que era uma casa antiga, mas bem confortável

Poucas coisas, falta alguém pra conversar com os hóspedes, especialmente no jantar (um concierge ou um sommelier). Os quartos sao muito claros (e como amanhace cedo), um blackout ajudaria. Não gostei também do fato de cobrarem $20 para usar a única piscina (um ofuro) aquecida, pois eles possuem várias pisicinas, mas muito geladas. Mas são pequenos detalhes, que não afetam em nada a estadia, voltaria 100x

Space, calm, housekeeping, cleaning staff was amazing, hospitality of the personel and waitress amazing. Everybody has been smiling 😊

Lack of noise insulation - it was really loud in the bedroom with the neighbour cuffing or snoring. Grass cutting (lawnmoving) during siesta - I need to add that after asking the personel reacted very quickly.
