"Good price, free parking/breakfast, wouldn’t stay again due to loud noises all night."

Staff was friendly, good location, free parking and breakfast

Paint was peeling, weird spots on the walls. Not the nicest rooms but definitely not the worst I’ve stayed in Ocean City. Our room was directly below the ice machine or maybe just the pipes from the room above us but it made an extremely loud sound every 5-10mins all through the night. Not just normal sounds you hear in a hotel, I’m talking a LOUD rumble sound like a A/C unit starting up over and over.

The room was clean and easily accessed. The people were helpful and friendly. I would consider staying again.

The breakfast food was cold and not eatable. Being an older person, I would also like to see a grab bar in the shower. I felt very unsafe using the shower.

"Didn't was misinformed and the clerk made it worst"

I booked and told the agent that I needed pet friendly and then when I got there it wasn't pet friendly. Then they told the booking company that they wouldn't reimburse us. I couldn't stay because of my dogs and then they made it worse. I'll never stay at best western and ill tell everyone I know what they did. Im out money and it ruined my vacation. And then I had no money to enjoy anything g because I had to pay for another hotel. Unbelievable.
