It's not a hotel! It's all homeless people that live there. Should be inspected by health dept.

The staff were very helpful and caring. The price was reasonable.

No coffee maker, microwave or refrigerator in the room. No complimentary toiletries.

This place should not be advertised on Expedia. If youre driving through and looking for a cheap place to sleep, like me, go somewhere else. I was getting a contact high the second I walked in the front door. The building is run down. I wouldn't stay there for a dollar a night.

The hotel was nice for the money staff were friendly but outside was trashy

Largest room I've ever seen for a motel in this price range. Had couch and recliner which I've also not seen in other motels in this price range. The big problem was that the desk area had no lighting in its area and no available place to plug in anything. That made it very difficult to use. Most people would want to use their computer there but that is not very feasible. The clothing rack partly overhung the bed, not a good location and a better one was easily available considering the room size. The organization of the room was unusually poor. The recliner in my room was in very poor condition. The one in my sister's room was so dirty that she didn't want to use it.

The host at the front desk was not friendly, 1st room did not have a safety chain on the door and the bathroom did not have an outside doorknob, switched rooms. Second room had a security chain but was broken on the door frame. Informed the front desk and was told they would check it out after checkout.

My bed was actually broken and it was the dirtiest room I have ever stayed at in my ENTIRE LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!

They should try to improve the safety around the building coz there was drunk man who kept moving around the front door. Noise in the hotel should be regulated.

While traveling out of state, i decided stay at grand inn for the night & continue in the morning. I previously stayed at this location & found it to be clean with a friendly atmosphere & nice amenities & breakfast, it has & since been rebranded as the grand inn & the quality & comfort has fallen greatly. There was a “problem” with my reservation & I was upgraded to a suite, although pleasantly surprised, the hotel is now very run down, the hallways & carpets appear unkept & dirty, there was people in the lobby that appeared very disheveled & even homeless. The room was also dirty & appeared to have minimal upkeep, the door had no security chain & took several trues to fully & securely shut, during during renovation (I suspect) the paint around the door was done very poorly & I used clorox wipes the wipe down the room, the comforter on the bed did appear clean, but I was unsure if it had been changed & slept on top of it & there was no extra blanket like there had been on previous stays. I was told at check in breakfast time, however it had or appeared to close early & truthfully Im not sure I would trust the cleanliness. Very disappointed & will not stay here again. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE.
