The Value! You can not beat it!  The staff keep the place clean and tidy although it is not fancy, it has a home-like feel.  The breakfast is self-serve and no staff member is there.  I love that, it doesn't feel like someone is watching you. I don't mind going to the refrigerator for milk and orange juice.  Also, the coffee is always hot and fresh!   My son visited and ate breakfast and used the shower, (he is in college at UND).and they welcomed him graciously, although I had only booked for one person.  I absolutely love the people here and the property.

Honestly they do such a great job, there is nothing I didn't like. You get what you see and everyone is helpful. Also, some of the guests are long term workers who have this as their home for months and they are a pleasure to talk with.

"Worked in a pinch. Do not stay in the smoking rooms."

Room 160 stunk like cigarettes,vomit and urine. I had a hard time breathing. The only bonus was they switched me to another room the next morning. The staff was accommodating. Jana was sweet.
