It was the best stay i have had and the bed is amazing

Enjoyed my stay. Was there two nights. Cost was very good and very comfortable and clean room. Staff very helpful.

This is an older facility but it was still very clean and in good repair. There seem to be workers that stay there during the week. They had a couple of barbecue grills out on the sidewalk. But everyone I ran into was polite and nice. It was a very quiet night with a comfortable bed. I didn't eat breakfast so I can't comment on that. I would definitely stay there again.

The property did the trick on a busy weekend in Grand Forks. The check-in staff was pleasant but didn't mention that the room they were giving me was a smoking room -- I kept it but I also kept the window open that evening. The room was generally in decent shape but honestly, the cleaning could be a little more ... enthusiastic. The room was a bit grubby (unidentified smear on the wall in a couple places) but the important parts (the beds, bathroom) were clean. The "breakfast" was a little uninspired. Overall, it was a good value -- the price was significantly less than other nearby properties on a busy college weekend.

Clean and quiet. Check in and out was quick and convenient. Would stay again.

Decent place to stay for an overnight. I didn’t have a negative feeling about staying here. I’d stay here again if it’s an overnight need.

Beds were springs so they creaked and I could feel when the other person moved. And it’s a bit of an overstatement to claim there is a breakfast, it’s some bread and a bowl of cereal which is fine if that’s all you need.
