"swimming pool is out of service without pre notice, and the facility do not refund me"

I would say the staff is nice

it is indicating swimming pool, when I check in, I was told it is out of service, our kids has prepared their equipments for a swimming pool game, we have to change to another hotel, the manager did not refund me, that is so disappointed.
