It was nasty. Found a cockroach. Holes in blanket. People outside bumming cigs and acting sketchy. Lady at the counter was rude and unprofessional. Heat smelled bad. Water pressure was horrible.

Not too much to say.

I rented a room for my family as I'm away on business. I woke to messages from my spouse that the room had BEDBUGS! My children were bitten also. She took a sample bedbug to the office. The attendant only gave a different room. It is unacceptable at best and the room should've been refunded. So they were made to move in the middle of the night, kids got no rest and bitten. We will have to get med because my daughter had an allergic reaction to being bitten by the pest bug (bedbug).. I complain to company rented the room. Hopefully we will be refunded for this activity.

NOTHING!!! THIS PLACE IS A DUMP! I took pictures the bathroom floor and baseboards were so filthy, the sheets and towels were dingy with stains on them, the sheets look like they were not changed so I brought my own covers thank god, bugs were crawling under the big space underneath the door, and the refrigerator was leaking all over the floor and the coffee maker was filthy inside!...see all photos attached! I can't believe people charged $70 to stay in a room like this there were flies everywhere that I couldn't get rid of and I had to sleep waving my hand in the air all night also> somebody stole my black company jacket that says Chattanooga Hospice on it and my black quilted vest that has gold zippered Pockets right out of my room( the combination value between both the coat and the vest was $95!) and someone came in my room because they brought in fresh (dingy looking) towels the next day... so I am going to complain about that it was in a brown bag with all my other clothes sitting on that big Chair by the window and when I got home I discovered both my coat and my vest were gone!! so don't trust this facility people steal your items when they come in to do room care!!

Where I was going was right beside where I needed to be. Parking right out the door. Shower was nice and hot.

Curtain was off the end of the curtain rod. Ice maker was broke had to go to Best Western to get ice.

There was dirt in both beds, the sheets were stained and the floor was disgusting. The toilet moved when you sat down.
