Staff were nice

Food was over priced the menu doesn't match what you get i ordered something that said it came with a salad and they told me it didn't and I had to pay extra. I came there because I wanted to have a true spa stay massage etc was told they wernt doing any treatments atall, when trying to relax after a day of travelling had a whole football team of children outside my window screaming crying and shouting and no lift so having to lugg heavy suitcase through the place wasn't great either. I'd never stay here again if im honest bed was rock solid

The location and staff are amazing. Especially the one in the grill and bar, I forgot to ask her name. She was a black lady, bubbly and helpful, she helped us in the evening with our food order for in the room and then again at breakfast.

The water! In the sink the tap would just stop and run really slow. Also two people sharing a room and only one packet of biscuits left!

We were fortunate in that we were hosted at this venue during a wedding weekend so feel it would not be appropriate to be too critical, however one or two issues cropped up which need addressing by the hotel. Room 101 had a faulty air-conditioning unit which overtime had created a very wet carpet and a drip which seemed to target me whenever I went to the bathroom ..I alerted housekeeping who sensed an emergency but was told 'maintenance 'would sort it. There was an air-conditioning plant Outside our window which to be fair switched down by 10.30pm and set off again 7.30am.! Another annoying factor was the landing door had no soft closure making our room shake each time it was used again we were told maintenance would fix it.. Breakfast was fairly good with a buffet style sit where you can situation. Parking was extensive and free providing you remembered to register your vehicle on reception. Overall our experience was pleasant but do hope 101 has been binned!!

I think 'Spa' Hotel is a generous description, a grubby, smelly pool does not make for a spa! The receptionist on arrival, Riley, couldnt be less interested if he tried, luckily another staff member (Maz) did prompt him to assist me rather than continuing to ignore me to have his own conversation. The kettle didnt work, the shower was cold, 1/2 the menu on the website was missing, there was a strange substance on the food I did order, the cocktails are pre mixed and overpriced. Waiting staff ignore you at the 'wait to be seated' sign overall an awful experience, I have had better service at a holiday inn! I wont be staying again and still waiting for feedback from my email complaint sent last week!

Kids running around the hotel during the engagement party on Saturday night. They were banging on doors and running down the fire escape, About 6/7 times

Nice location. Grounds were fine. The pictures oversell it.

Loud party that went on untill very late. Small rooms. Pool closed early and staff were consumed by the party so little to no time or care for anyone or anything else.

Clean, comfortable, everything you need from swim, sauna, gym to restaurant

Car charger. Unable to use it. App or payment card did not work. Made it rather frustrating.
