The rooms were clean and staff very friendly lovely location

I upgraded to a superior room and it had no bath and room was quite small the kettle in my room was also broken the lid didn't stay shut ,, the swimming pool was full of men everytime I went to use it and it made me feel uncomfortable after asking if there was a time to come avoiding a pool full of men I was told its was unlikely as its very man heavy so although the facilities were nice i felt being in a pool full of men was not right so didn't get full use of it being a spa hotel ,, also 2 out of the 3 nights I stayed the coffee machine at breakfast had an issue I was on limited time so went without , the staff were friendly and helpful where they could be I dont want to give a bad review as I feel its unfair but also didn't really enjoy my stay as much a I thought I would
